VA Aid and Attendance or Housebound benefits provide monthly payments added to the amount of a monthly VA pension for qualified Veterans and survivors.

Support for Family Members Caring for Eligible Veterans
The PCAFC is a VA program that provides eligible Veterans and their family caregivers with comprehensive support to help the Veteran remain safely at home. Depending on eligibility, caregivers may receive education and training, counseling, respite care, and potentially a monthly stipend and other supportive services.
